OVEN Instructions*

Preheat oven to 200°C conventional (190°C fan-forced).

Remove all components from the box.

Empty the contents of each pouch into oven-safe trays lined with aluminium foil.

Cover the brisket, ribs and chicken drumettes with aluminium foil.

Reheat and baste the components according to the timeline opposite.

Place the covered brisket in the oven.

Place the covered ribs in the oven.

Place the covered chicken
drumettes in the oven.

Remove foil from the pork ribs & chicken drumettes. Baste with sauce. Place the hot links & pulled pork in the oven.

Remove foil from the brisket. Stir the pulled pork, flip the hot links and baste the chicken drumettes and pork ribs.

Remove all components from
the oven when piping hot.
