These traditionally flame grilled blanched sausages have the look, feel and flavour of a barbecue sausage. Oven, grill, BBQ or pan fry & devour.
Reheating Instructions
in collaboration with
UNOX Combi-Oven
Lay contents on oven tray.
Optionally, add sauce or gravy on top of the sausages.
Heat uncovered on dry heat @ 160°C for 20 minutes or until product is caramelised and 75°C core temp is reached.
Conventional Oven
Lay contents on oven tray.

BBQ/Grill
Can be barbecued, grilled. Cook until product is well caramelised & hot throughout.
