  1. Empty the contents of the main pack into a pot.

  2. Pour both birria consomé sachets into the pot and stir.

  3. Cover with a lid and heat over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until piping hot, stirring occasionally.

  4. Use tongs to remove the shredded meat and place it in a separate bowl.

  5. Gently shred any larger pieces of meat with two forks, then serve with the consomé on the side.

Leftovers? Probably not.

But if you somehow have birria left, it’s perfect for tacos, quesadillas or ramen.

Birria loves company 

Serve it up with street corn, warm tortillas, rice, beans, and all the fixings.
