  1. Empty the contents of the main pack into a pot.

  2. Pour both birria consomé sachets into the pot and stir.

  3. Cover with a lid and heat over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until piping hot, stirring occasionally.

  4. Use tongs to remove the shredded meat and place it in a separate bowl.

  5. Gently shred any larger pieces of meat with two forks, then serve with the consomé on the side.
