Fully Cooked Viet-Style Lemongrass Pork
Preheat the oven to 190°C (180°C fan-forced).
Remove the pork from the bag and arrange it in a single layer on an oven-safe tray.
Bake for 25 minutes until the pork is caramelized.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
Remove pork from the bag and place it in a single layer on a foil-lined air fryer tray.
Cook at 180°C for 15 minutes or until pork is caramelized.
Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
