  • These braised steaks are low cost tender steaks with no additives.

  • The ‘Sous Vide’ cooking method produces consistently tender steaks with a long shelf life.

  • Portion-controlled to 90g cooked weight. Use 1, 1½, or 2 to suit your clients.

  • Use as a braised steak with sauce, or place on a hotplate for grilled/sandwich steak.

  • Because it has already been fully cooked, the meal is ready in minutes!

  • This is a labour saving product. No slicing, knives, minimal handling and minimal time to cook = PROFIT.

Reheating Instructions

UNOX Combi-Oven

  1. Remove steaks from pouch & retain jus for later use.

  2. Lay steaks on tray uncovered.

  3. Cook on 70% steam @ 160°C for approximately 25 minutes or until 75°C core temp is reached.



Conventional Oven

  1. Open pouch, lay steaks on oven tray, adding jus (or vegetable stock, gravy, or sauce) on top of product.

  2. Cover tray with lid and cook @ 160°C for approximately 25 minutes or until 75°C core temp is reached.
