Reheating Instructions
in collaboration with

Remove steaks from pouch & retain jus for later use.
Lay steaks on tray uncovered.
Cook on 70% steam @ 160°C for approximately 20 minutes or until 75°C core temp is reached.
Conventional Oven
Open pouch, lay steaks on oven tray, adding jus (or vegetable stock, gravy, or sauce) on top of product.
Cover tray with lid and cook @ 160°C for approximately 20 minutes or until 75°C core temp is reached.
