OVEN Instructions*

Preheat oven to 190°C conventional (180°C fan-forced).

Remove all components from the box.

Empty the contents of each pouch into oven safe trays.

Cover the pork riblets and pulled chicken with aluminium foil.

Reheat, baste and stir components according to the timeline opposite.

Place the covered pork riblets in the oven.

Place pork belly bites and beef burnt ends in the oven.

Place sausages and covered pulled chicken in the oven. Remove foil from the pork ribs and baste. Stir pork belly bites and beef burnt ends.

Remove foil from the pulled chicken and stir.

Remove all components from the oven when piping hot.
