Premium Australian Chicken Ribs, sous vide slow cooked in a savoury chipotle sauce with hints of smoke and lime.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (190°C fan forced).
Remove chicken ribs from packaging and place on an oven safe tray.
Place tray onto the middle rack in the oven and heat for 15 minutes.
Separate the pieces and baste with pan juices.
Cook for a further 5-10 minutes, or until piping hot.
Remove from oven and serve.
Once opened, consume within 24 hours. Consume within 4 hours of heating.
Like Chicken Wings, Chicken Ribs are great on their own as finger food. However, they work just as well as a meal paired with whatever sides take your fancy such as sweet potato fries, creamy potato salad, zesty coleslaw, roast vegetables, mac & cheese, the list is endless.
