Remove fillets from pouch & retain jus for later use.
Lay fillets on tray, cover with chosen sauce.
Cook covered on dry heat @ 160°C for approximately 25 minutes or until 75°C core temp is reached.
Open pouch, lay fillets on oven tray, adding jus (or vegetable stock, gravy, or sauce) on top of product.
Cover tray with lid and cook @ 160°C for approximately 25 minutes or until 75°C core temp is reached.
