UNOX Combi-Oven

  1. Remove fillets from pouch & retain jus for later use.

  2. Lay fillets on tray, cover with chosen sauce.

  3. Cook covered on dry heat @ 160°C for approximately 25 minutes or until 75°C core temp is reached.



Conventional Oven

  1. Open pouch, lay fillets on oven tray, adding jus (or vegetable stock, gravy, or sauce) on top of product.

  2. Cover tray with lid and cook @ 160°C for approximately 25 minutes or until 75°C core temp is reached.
