Reheating Instructions

UNOX Combi-Oven

  1. Open pouch and separate pieces.

  2. Rub a liberal amount of salt and olive oil into the skin.

  3. Place on wire racks for increased air flow around the skin.

  4. Cook on dry heat @ 210°C for approx. 15 minutes.

  5. Proceed with cooking until skin is crackled & golden brown.



Conventional Oven

  1. Open pouch and separate pieces.

  2. Rub a liberal amount of salt and olive oil into the skin.

  3. Place on wire racks for increased air flow around the skin.

  4. Cook on fan forced setting @ 210°C for approx. 15 minutes.

  5. Proceed with cooking until skin is crackled & golden brown.
