Reheating Instructions

UNOX Combi-Oven

  1. Empty contents of pack into oven tray, and separate jus for later use.

  2. Add sauce and other ingredients and cook covered on dry heat @ 160°C for approximately 35 minutes or until 75°C core temp is reached.

  3. Optionally, add back jus, substituting for water in the recipe as required.



Conventional Oven

  1. Empty contents of pack into oven tray, and separate jus for later use.

  2. Add sauce and other ingredients and cook covered @ 160°C for approximately 35 minutes or until 75°C core temp is reached.

  3. Optionally add back jus, substituting for water in the recipe as required.



Stovetop

  1. Empty contents of pack into saucepan, and separate jus for later use.

  2. Add sauce and other ingredients and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes or until 75°C core temp is reached.

  3. Optionally, add back jus, substituting for water in the recipe as required.
